1. Delivery Areas

  • We currently offer direct delivery across all Kerala, where our delivery partner provides service.
  • For events and bulk orders, our services are available across all Kerala. Please contact us in advance for availability and timing.

2. Delivery Time

All confirmed orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). However, any issues related to the delivery area—such as service embargoes or restricted access—may cause delays in dispatch.

Estimated delivery time: 2 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your exact location and the accuracy of the provided delivery address. Any errors in the delivery address may also result in delays.

3. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or other logistical challenges. Lufta will not be liable for such delays but will work closely with you to resolve any issues.

4. Refund and Return Reference

Our products are perishable, and we follow a strict Refund and Return Policy. If your item is damaged, expired, or incorrect upon delivery, please report it with a valid unboxing video within 24 hours of receipt.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order is dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.
