Return & Refund Policy

Because our business revolves around providing fresh, perishable goods for catering events, our return and refund policies are structured to ensure food safety and accommodate our advance preparation requirements.

Due to strict health, safety, and hygiene regulations regarding perishable food items, Lufta cannot accept returns. Once our desserts have been delivered to your event venue and accepted by you or your designated representative, all sales are final. We cannot accept the return of any unconsumed desserts after your event concludes.

We understand that event plans can change. Because our desserts require significant advance ingredient procurement and preparation, refunds for event cancellations are strictly governed by the timeframe of your notice:
