Welcome to Lufta. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and our premium catering and dessert services. By contacting us or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Our Services

Lufta provides premium, authentic Indian desserts exclusively for special events, including weddings, corporate parties, and birthdays. We do not currently operate a direct-to-consumer (D2C) retail or e-commerce store. All orders must be placed through our official communication channels (WhatsApp or Email).

2. Quotes & Bookings

• Quotes: All catering quotes provided are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change if the booking is not confirmed within this period.
• Confirmation: A booking is only considered confirmed once an initial advance payment has been received and acknowledged by Lufta.
• Guest Count: Final guest counts and dietary requirements must be confirmed at least 5 days prior to the event date.

3. Delivery & Setup

We take utmost care in delivering and setting up our desserts. The client must ensure that our delivery and setup teams have clear access to the venue at the agreed-upon time. Lufta is not responsible for delays caused by venue restrictions or poor site access.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Because our desserts are perishable and require significant advance preparation, cancellations must be made well in advance.

• We only provide a full refund of your advance payment if the cancellation is made at least 5 days prior to the event date.
• Cancellations made less than 5 days before the event are strictly non-refundable.

5. Allergens & Dietary Requirements

While we strive to accommodate specific dietary requests, our traditional Indian desserts are prepared in kitchens that handle dairy, nuts, and gluten. We cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment. It is the client's responsibility to inform their guests of potential allergens.

6. Intellectual Property & Permissions

All original content on this website, including our branding, original images, and text, is the exclusive property of Lufta. Additionally, this website features logos of our event partners and photographs of individuals. Please note that all such third-party logos and personal images have been used with the explicit permission of their respective owners and subjects. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our website content, including these partner logos and photographs, without written permission.
